Where did you stick yours!

Mornin' All,

I've installed a RonBox 2A recently and I'm not too happy about where I have positioned it (stuck on top of the ECU compartment).

For those that have installed one before, where did you stick yours?

I thought about modding the ECU compartment but these things are sealed for a reason...

Any suggestions? (Apart from the obvious human cavity)

Mines wrapped in bubble wrap sealed in a thick plastic bag and sits alongside the battery.

in it's own padded waterproof cover
jammed between the ecu and bulkhead padding

You just sparked an idea in my head. Managed to find a foam lined ABS box, a cut out here, a cut out there, all sorted.

This reminds me of a tip I once received about waterproofing a Distributor cap with a Marigold Glove LOL

Very popular on minis and 1100's as the rad was side mounted and the strib was in line with the front grill.

I put mine inside the ecu box , you would not know at first glance one was fitted !
