Lads, Struggling here, I have fitted the above to my lightweight but the location seems to be wrong, the gearbox is too far back and i can't fit the seatbox. The location of the engine in the engine bay looks OK though - it couldn't really be moved any further forward as the c/s pulley boss...

Guys, when I removed my fuel filter mount from the bulkhead of my 1985 110 a while back I seem to have dislodged whatever nuts were on the bulkhead that it bolts in to, all I have now is two large holes in the bulkhead and nothing to bolt into. It seemed like there were some kind of nuts that...

Had same problem, replaced stalk switch - still there, replaced wiper motor - problem solved

All the ones on ebay seem to be the Draper 0-150ib/ft which is probably not a fine enough scale for measuring 18ib/ft. I think i'll have a go using my 0-30 click wrench and make a mark in the timing chest of the furthest point it gets to before the click, should be accurate enough to do the job.

Lads, has anyone in the north Kent area got a beam type torque wrench I could borrow to do my 200tdi cam belt tensioner pulley? I can't seem to locate one with the right torque range for any reasonable price. Alternatively, can I just tension it using my click wrench set at 18lb/ft and do up...

I have an early 110 with the two piece speedo cable, which is knackered, and they are hard to find. Can I replace it with the later one-piece item PRC6022? Not sure if this will fit or if there is any difference in the fittings at each end. Cheers Ad

I recently did the same but got the 235/85 on steel modulars which i believe are 7j. No spacers or changes to stops needed as the offset puts the inside wall in same position as before. Makes the truck look a lot beefier too
