use Sean's patentent long 10mm bolt trick when putting the boxes together works wonders, you'll need 10 least 3 100mm long 10mm bolts use them as guies to locate the boxes ;)

arnt wolf rims 6.5J so yes you will need 8J rims for 285 tyres

think si uses ronseal :D

I have got the diff,brakes & chrome swivels complete with half shafts if that is of any use. not got the main casting tho

thats what the oil seal are there for, nothing should pass them

the main box should be running ATF which is normaly a lot thinner than ep90 in the transfer box :D

there are 2 oil seals, one in the main g/box one on the transfer box check these ;)

Maybe worth your while sending off for the V5 will get more than the £19.00 you have to pay for it extra on the chassis. just fill in the form with the chassis number and ya name 4 weeks later you get a V5. had to do that with my 110 ;)
