Yea the sad thing about this lad who has got low profiles he has just spent £140 a tyre on some general grabbers ats I only paid £200 for a set of 5.

Yea that's a decent size tyre u cant let air out of a low profile incase u hit a rock and smash the rim. That's mine you cant really see the tyres that well but they are definitely not low profiles

You cant tell someone who thinks they know everything.

I have warned him about it but when he has damaged the rims he will learn lol do u think that 275 will catch the arches on articulation I think they might I have tried to explain this to him but it's his first landrover and he thinks he knows everything.

Hello i have recently heard a friend of mine is putting 275/40/20 on a stock discovery 2 I am unsure these will fit his discovery and I have told him with that size profile I would not be off roading in it incase damaging the rim what are other people thought on off roading on this tyre size it...

I think u will be ok u can replace the sealing ring at a later date if it was me I would just put the old ring back on if u think u need to change it u can always pick one up and replace it at a later date.

That is something only you will know about the sealing ring if it is perished or hard then replace it if not I would put it back on.

Mine does this quite regularly but only when it's getting low I presume it's trying to suck sh*t up but when I fill it full the noise is low I havent bothered looking into mine yet but I wouldn't worry as long as it's running.

Them 2.8 are bomb proof they will never die no rocket ship tho 60mph and that was all it had.

I have check on tw2 there doesn't seem to be any seasonal tro or vro,s yea I will be going alone I have got a discovery 2 with some decent mud tyres and I will asses the lane before using it.

I have had a quick look on tw2 and found afew lanes in stoke not far from me Shropshire is only half hour aways.
