    The transmission 'snatch' could be either from wear in the transfer box input /output shaft and or the diff (as I am finding out on mine. Just ordered a transfer box refurb kit from Ashcrofts & may need to either adjust or refurb the rear diff as theres quite a bit of play in it

    Do you know its history before you got it??? You can get a conversion kit to do away with the doughnut and having a 4 bolt flange in its place. I know Paddock do em see linky below

    Got cracking on the Discovery again after a 6 month lay-off due to a knackered back, so this needs curing its a 2 inch by 1 inch hole which is on the near-side rear wheel-arch at the bottom where the chassis leg meets & attaches to the sill.     I have the same the same problem with mine, flickering interior light, which now stays on constantly no matter what I do, other than pull the bulbs. Tried all the tests I could, replaced all the door plungers, checked all the wiring connectors & bulbs, even got a second MFU, still didn't work...

    Ah, right, Grrrrrr. I didn't read the spec of the dash-cam mentioned. Mines just a cheap & nasty Lidl one, £30 & 3 yrs warranty. For the price its not bad TBH, excellent picture quality even at night.
