    Hmmm interesting I’ve been having a similar problem with pot 3 but i was thinking air leak. Maybe I’ll have a quick tappet adjust and redo the compression test.

    Dont know what ele ignition you have but i've built this and it works just fine Ignition Amplifier Kit : Automotive Kits : Maplin it uses the standard dissy and only uses the points for timing. Never have to set the gap again caus th points dont ware anymore :-)
