If you can't hear your fuel pump...there's your problem

I presume you mean for the turbo. If you look through the cut out in the drivers side inner wing you will see it. Small black thing with 3 small (6-8mm) pipes going to it

It depends when in 2002. Mine had 1 LP fuel pump but early ones have 2 ( tank and under bonnet )

mine does not That exhaust seems to be in the wrong place aswell. Mines more directly behind the fog light

You can pull the fuse in the engine bay, think its number5 20amp

fuel burning heater - auxiliary coolant heater Thers a temp sensor in the front grill area. When the ambient temp drops below 5 degrees'ish it turns on and heats the cooling system up quicker
