Hi All, Weird One this morning when starting my p38. Everything started fine in this cold weather :D, Until I pulled away. As I pulled away and turn't around in my Drive way I rolled forward to then put it into reverse as going forward I pressed the brake to find out it just kept on going...

Was about to say the same thing, if you don't like DIY or have a very heavy wallet.. It could get ugly. I would say go for the Diesel just from preference, also keep the Mondeo for when things go wrong... On a Sunday night @ midnight..

Yup All good, Had a good look over before fitting the new one, along with a little engine bay clean as it was a mess! Temperature is all good, Took it for a run this morning 10 miles ish, Good pressure in the system now unlike before! and still full of water :D

And a-lot of people right now are trying to work out the maths! Not bored yet, Just trying to source a complete ECU unit for a p38 along with Sensor's etc.. So can lay it out on the bench instead of testing it on mine and blowing things up...

True, but wouldn't I need to buy multiple unlock codes when wanting to use it on a p38 followed by a L322?

If that's the only reason, does anyone have a wiring diagram for the ODB socket on the P38. As have quiet a few blank ODB plugs laying around.

Hi, Might be a dump question so don't shoot me down to quick, but how comes all RR diagnostic devices are locked to just one vehicle once used? Unlike my VAG-COM which can be used across all car's from the VAG group.

Don't know if this would help but I could collect them from basingstoke for you and bring them up.

Haven't noticed will check though... Putting it down to the split radiator... and in-correct top hose that the person before me fitted.. New top hose went on last week, New radiator going on Saturday morning.
