The diff is an ARB and as mentioned I've had it out and inspected, reset the backlash as it was a bit out and checked all bearings.

Thanks. Having had a decent spin tonight the ball joint and bushes is my next check. They seemed ok with a bar on them but I'll pull them all apart for a proper inspection tomorrow. I'm leaning towards the ball joint.

Like I said, they're not great. If I had the choice again I'd probably get a better quality set but HD wasn't for the off road element. As well as a play thing my D2 works for a living. I tow a fair bit and HD seemed the right choice. But this isn't about my vehicle. Just saying what I've got.

Britpart HD springs and +2" shocks, they're cheap but do the job. There's loads of brands about though e.g OME. Also removed anti roll bars for a bit more articulation. Maxxis bighorn tyres, seem pretty good. I'd probably go for coopers next time but funds were tight at the time.
