I do 120 mile trip each way to work and get 15 to 16 on lpg around town 12 to 13 so ok

Fuse box under the bonnet corrodes - crap design and harsh environment they last from memory about 8 to 10 yrs then can give off some very odd electrical faults search on here loads of posts

For what its worth if you drove a while on bump stops check the battery area for acid spillage if non then great but if there is neutralise it quick also front os pipe runs nicely under there amd melt with battery acid - I know this as have the t shirt :)

Afraid more to do with me using it off road on road and generally battering the sh*t out of it but I do always replace whats bust

Had a conversation with a neighbour who likened my p38 to triggers broom you know same broom but 17 new heads and 14 new handles so I have had my p38 for 9 yrs and it has had replacement tailgate top and bottom two replacement drivers doors one passenger front door 3 engines 2 lots of airbags...

+1 had this very problem and had to re rivet used stainless rivets and been good for about 3 yrs so far good luck

Mozz there is a fix for the slipping clutch if it is slipping on rangerover net have a look .When they regass the system they usually put it in vacuum mode for a while to test for leaks they are not allowed to gas it if there isa faulthope this helps
