I did the dot to dot mind you when I had the dash out a few months ago I sectionalised the ducts that is took them out and cut them cleanly and fixed velcro on all joints so it comes apart dead easy made life so much easier and it went back together simples :D:D

Got home ok and fitted new temp sensor this morning lambdas are now giving good results the maf is also spot on had it not been a post you put up a long time ago that I stumbled on whilst searching I would have wasted a load of time thanks again Wammers

Just a note I did my blend motors today took them out of the donor car but in the end only needed one for temp drivers side Ialso found that the cogs in the directional flap motor were out of line lined them up and bingo all good took 4 hrs all in including removal

You need an allen key with a hole in it like the security ones

Yep ever so slightly I have a hangover afraid so not thinking straight I will start her up and disconnect the sensor whilst in live data and see what happens ta for reply

Help please Wammers My coolant sensor is showing -23 C so am I better of taking connector off or leaving it on I have to drive 120 miles home have new sensor at home

Done all that and have put diagnostics on it which is saying blend flap motor failure :(

Gents I am sure my coolant temp sensor is duff getting error message but looking at rave it doesnt seem to match up it is a Gems 4.6 and at the top of the inlet manifold there are two connectors one green the other brown which I think are the two coolant sensor plugs so I am assuming the green...

Ah yes remember the brake pipes on mine well no deal afraid as I can get the dash out in under two hours but those brake pipes good luck

So 3 months after having the dash out to replace the heater matrix the right side blend motor has decided to stop working might be a sticking flap but guess not with my uck so it will be dash out again :(:mad:
