Looked through RAVE but couldn't find anything on this

Land Rover Roof rails with cross bars, what tools are needed to remove/fit? what's the procedure?

You need an allen key with a hole in it like the security ones

Allen? thought it was Torx? also do you know the size?

4 mm Allen key with approximately 2 mm hole, some say just to break off the center bit of bolt with screwdriver but it is very hard and may cost you, better just fit new bolts, thats my plan when getting so far
