What have I done to your Freelander today...
...not much, since I've been busy fitting my new vice on the workbench
broke the old "small" one during the week removing UJ from propshaft
all cleaned and painted, ready for tomorrow's rebuild
not today but over the weekend...
replaced this:
and fitted these:
so I could install these:
and gave the rear diff an oil change and a lick of paint:
now I need new:
dif mounts; ARB bushes and drop links; VCU bearings and UJs
it was a sunny morning in the Algarve, so went "trail finding" with my brother, he is a Downhill biker

the hole in the bracket is a bit wider than the screw's thread, so the middle one is screwed in first and then the guard slides a couple of mm down, besides they are Torx so the tool can be a bit "off-alignment" and still turn the screw.
