I took the bottom of the injector off, took pin out etc and cleaned in an ultrasonic bath full of degizer for 30 mins. One of the injectors was totally blocked which is the one I started with as, if it broke, nothing lost. All went well so I did the other one that wasn't affecting the running as bad but when disconnected there wasn't a major difference.
The job, initially, was quite scary but with a little care on how it came apart and ensuring that you don't drop the little parts it wasn't too bad. I will probably do the other two when I get time and will take pictures if interested.

Thank you and am always interested in good educational posts as we are always learning, even better if backed up with photo's I think, I try and photo all the work I carry out on my cars for future reference and to help on the forums if I can, cheers Arctic2
