I fried my auto box clutch plates while it was holding the gears and refused to change up. Check your oil, change it if possible.

Was trying the past hour to take the pulley off, to no avail. secured the crank damper pulley holding tool to the pulley, turned the 27mm nut with a breaker bar & extension. The crank shaft is turning now with the pulley secured. Am thinking: a) the crank shaft locking teeth had been sheared...
