thought initially was the 'O' ring.....took me 1/2 a day to have the dash, steering wheel, center console etc etc out ...turned out its the matrix itself having a puncture....spend the rest of day to put everything back...and by pass heater....then bought a heater matrix........2 weeks...

japanese re-import 300tdi auto don't have the alarm as standard....at least mine doesn't..... you may try and locate an EDC from the jap re-import disco.....unplug the alarmed matched EDC....plug in the EDC from the jap re-import disco.....you should then be able to get the engine running...

It can be the heater matrix and/or the 'O' ring.....but have to take them out to inspect before knowing for sure which is at fault...... Unfortunately.....the whole dash + center console has to come out to get to the heater matrix........ pm bmp42....he is in Portugal...and may have a few...

2 ways: - as Davek stated...a tee at the injection/wastegate pipes, but found the pressure to be a tad lower if connected here (0.75bar vs 0.82bar at manifold). - however, I've added a new outlet at the manifold. There's a pressed in cap at the end of the inlet manifold, facing the cab...

okay...based on what you've already bought...it's pretty complete...you'll only need extended brake hose, extended bump stop & +2" shocks..... +3" spring front...and +2" rear............there is no need to further add lift blocks to the suspension....otherwise, you'll be needing crank arms...

a standard disco is already very good at what it's designed for...offroading...!!! you can fit 235/70/16 (29" diameter) on a standard disco without the tyres fouling on the bodywork. By fitting 2" lift, you may now fit either 235/85/16 or 265/75/16 (32" diameter) with some bodywork trimming...
