it is but with the budget i have inmind it would have to be a petrol after 55/56 plate to be ulez free and theres not many options available tbh if i was after a 55/56 plate diesel that wouldve been easier to get a hold of something

also from what i understand that the vw toureg is the same as the porsche cayenne
