as long as car is symmetrical you can have three lights the both halves of car must match, or thats what law used to be because mini's used to run with three spots.

check levels look for leaks then bleed the system, if that doesn't cure its slave or master cylinder. but start cheap by checkin all brake pipes calipers first this costs nothing. Then bleed the system a few quid on fluid. If this doesn't work it will be what i have said above. good luck and...

if your doing a tyre to put tube in mark tyre and wheel and put back to marks as if it's been balance you wont thro it out of balance.

most of my vauxhals had scum on cap as long as dip stick clear and water has no scum. It's just where the moisture oil settle.
