there is another one on here somewhere that looked good... the sides had been folded here it is

one of the mags had a write up recently about them... I remember they said they can crack when knocked in low temperatures..... normally they bounce back when knocked apparently. I never tried them but i would give them a go if the time came

I started to do one, got as far as making the frame and cutting the chequered plate to fit but I needed it done for a trip to the UK so i just bolted it down in the end, worked fine except when you need something from the back. I used angle iron to make a frame and it locked onto the tailgate...

so did I when I first see it

took my truck cab off and fitted a hardtop :D

I never had a problem with a britpart clutch, other britpart stuff yes I fitted them to my last 3 land rovers without a problem

mine come from here, they fit well and i had no problems CHEQUERPLATE

I don't really see the point on a normally tuned engine but everyone has their own idea on it, I have a stainless pipe from my intercooler to inlet manifold, after driving hard I touched this pipe and it was cold so it tells me the air is cool enough

cant say i have seen it done with the disco turbo. have seen it done with 19j manifolds or defender ones. Maybe you could use a 300tdi turbo, i believe they fit or maybe you should put a 300tdi engine instead

replace it with a good second hand one, as far as i know 300tdi and 200tdi intercoolers differ but defender and disco ones are the same

have you checked the turbo hoses? some times they come apart on the inside blocking the airway

the 300tdi is not a common rail injection, it uses a mechanical injection pump

maybe you put petrol in?

what end of the white zone? close to the red or cold end?
