I've got a app for my phone but apart from that I don't have a clue I think I have to plug the ELM into the car first then pair with my torque app :eek:

Got the mini ELM 327 today but there is no instructions So do I just plug it in and pair with the phone ??

I've just ordered a code reader and will see how I go on cheers for the reply

So if I get that code I would still not know if it's the one on the manifold or the middle exhaust

But if I buy a reader it will only give me the code not the location or am I wrong I've never used one before usually get ripped of by the garage

Change them both or buy a reader do the basic ones on eBay do the job

Engine it's amber I know it's the lambda sensor just don't know witch one

Is there any difference between the sensor at the manifold and the one on the middle of the exhaust

window motors changed x 4 New header tank fitted Also rear exhaust box Now I just need a new oil level dip stick as i can't see oil on it properly

I bought a set of wipers for my freelander1 the other day fronts fitted fine but for the life in me I can't get the rear one off ???

Well fitted new header tank today it seems fine no leaks ect under pressure Thanks lads for all the info and help

I'm going to clean around the area tomorrow it does look like it's been leaking around that area but there isn't nothing on the drive way But the chassis rail below the header tank looks a bit like something has been leaking down on to it

Thanks for the reply teddywood1 There is no creamy stuff in the header tank or the oil cap but tomorrow I'm going to leave it running and see if I can spot any leaks from the header tank when it's warm also see if the fan comes on

Over the last couple of months I've been neading to top up my coolant level on my 1.8 freelander 1, more or less every week its not leaking anywere that i can see the temp gauge never goes past half way its got a landrover exchange engine in it at 30000 miles just wondering if this is normal ??
