Hi, when I recently done my valley gasket and changed a few parts it ran like a bag of ****e at first, on start up it struggled to tick over and started not as good as before but after a few short runs and start ups it is back to normal.:D:D

Could be your valley gasket leaking, there are two coolant inlets at the front and two at the rear. HTH. Paul.

I have had similar problems with mine in the past, the CD changer stopped working, while I was cleaning and repairing the two white blocks behind the passenger side kick panel because of broken pins and the such all of a sudden the CD changer started to work again and the subwoofer fired back up...

Very easy to adjust cable, the black knob that connects to where the air bag is just twist until the cam is just touching the throttle body housing, your cable may have stretched a bit over time and needs to be tensioned again to take up slack. HTH. Paul.

Hi, yes did follow the instructions from the website, I used blue hylomar around the coolant ports as suggested by wammers. Make sure your end gaskets are at room temperature, they slide over the little ridge better.

Front and back seals are the same, you just need to order another one, good idea on OEM they fit so much better.
