Got the three amigos on my wifes 2001 Freelander td4 !! Start up all's fine, drive for about 2 miles zig zagging & braking to try and get them to come on and all's fine then about a mile or so later they just pop up, under braking but can pop up on their own ! Stop car, turn ignition off and on...

Hi I'm desperatly trying to get hold of a remote fob for a TD5 rear air suspension. So that you can higher or lower the rear when mucking about with trailers etc !! Any ideas ? Part N° ? And could it be programmed to the car with a nanocom or is it a dealer job ? Cheers

More bad news, the muppet recovery vehicle winched it out of the ditch in gear and the cylinders were full off oil !!! Engine now seized so we presume that it has a bent con rod or two !!

Prob shafts are balanced so if is seperated needs to go back exactly into the same splines as before or it might vibrate afterwards ! Having said that too bloody late now in't it ! Good luck

My 110 has got a big galva roofrack and the feet are metal to metal in the gutter. It's my daily work vehicle, get's loaded with anything from 10m beams to full camping kit for a family of 5 through the dessert twice and back and have never had a problem .

Mine 110 just goes faster & faster with all the mods I have done to it and drinks more and more!! when my lad was learning to drive in it a tank of derv just went on for ever ! Amazing ! bet we were getting about 35 mpg !

And it's beyond me it's taken you 17 pages of people telling you to get your fault codes read !! Only mentioned the fuel pump, relays etc as these are common problems with TD5's !!

I don't know why your convinced it's the ECU ? They are pretty tuff realy, when you drown them when off roading if you dry them out straight away they are fine! For it to suddenly stop like that I would be looking for a faulty connection, broken wire, blocked diesel filter or in tank pump...

Sorry to hear that matey ! Only other things I did were the usual filter changes and nanocom was saying that the MAF was ferked so I changed that too.
