Something similar happened with my first RR, turned out the previous owner had disconnected the steering damper(cable tied up in one end), solution was simply connecting it. Did put a new one on later

You don'r want wax on windscreen, use soap only(mequiars gold class smells nice), autoglym glass cleaner is what I use once or twice a year in and out, no streaks with cheap blades from Island 4x4. Bosch/fancy blades are waste IMO. Extend/renew viper blades with nail varnish remover/acetone, it...
