Hi, I have a A127-45 Autonator on my 200TDI, just wondered is any of the connections below are the W connector I need for a Rev Counter?

The picture looks light because its dark, honest I know what I mean, the top of the pistons are a lot darker than in the picture. I'll adjust the image later. The engine does have a number stamped at the back, I might get a copy to see what it is, it did not use any oil before I had the head...

Nope the bores and pistons look really good.

Quick update, I cleaned the block this morning, I did not manage to pick the head up this week due to work, boo. Will re-fit it next ween weather permitting.

Pressure testing and skim was £84. Skim alone you can get done around here for £35.

Done passed pressure test and 4 thou taken off to flatten the head.

Dropped it off at the machine shop today for a pressure test, the chat was not worries about the dip as it was a couple of mm from the gasket so fingers crossed I might be ok to order the gasket set when I know if it passes and get it back onto the car.

Hi, Now I have plenty of room under the bonnet of the car I noticed the main power from the battery goes to what looks like a distribution post on the started motor. I assume it will be ok to run another lead from there to a small fuesed distribution box on the bulk head for my spots, roof bar...
