I spent 2 hrs on a sunday stripping my drivers seat down to find that some schmuck had already removed the heat pad,f+ck knows why.

I would of thought ALL 02 sensors are suitable for lpg,after all, all they detect is oxygen(or lack off).i suspect island 4x4 are getting the hump with people asking all the time about lpg which after all is black magic:eek::eek::eek:

only problem I can see with them is that they are only rated to 85c

in my humble experience,temp gauges tend to work only if they are immersed in coolant,remove the water and you have a temp guage reading normal and a "cooked" engine.it only takes a second for a hose to split and let your coolant go and the first you know off it is when a cloud of steam emerges...

on mine I replaced the whole header tank with one from a Vectra which has one built in.wired up a simple circuit with a bright red light next to the speedometer and a warning buzzer.no delay circuit needed.

many ta,s wammers ive just ordered some from your link.ive always been curious to see if they live up to the hype.i agree also about the use of hid bulbs in a housing not built for them,a bl++dy nightmare,i tried some aftermarket hid's on a merc sprinter once,just an explosion of non focused...

as I said in post 7 when my passenger seat started gyrating around like a disco dancer on crack at 60 mph, it was a front tyre that had worn out of shape.balancing had no effect,but you could run the palm of your hand over the tread and you could feel that the tread blocks were not flat.

even pumps broken in three places produce more pressure than that,just how worn was this cover?,are you sure you have a good seal on the pick up pipes o ring and also the gasket twixt cover and block?

be very carefull,check the aftermarket rockers to see how deep the oil grooves are verses the genuine ones, some are very deep and they will drop the oil pressure faster than a tarts knickers on wall street.
