Are master cylinders considered rebuildable? seems servo of aged would be replaced.

Like Anaconda the cam needs to be at right spot or pump will not work. i also have a 2.5 na have seen this.

Okay I am also assuming the brake lines will be as stuck as the clutch piping was had to reattach so I could get a good pull on wrench. get everything loose first & plan on rebuilding. 1984 PU

Some one welded the door sills to the bulkhead as that corner is pretty rotten. To right of fuel filter everything is removed inside most everything except steering & brake box Of which is next. not wanting really but needs to be fixed.

Removing brake box/booster & master cylinder assuming this can all be removed together but giving it a look seems May be better take each part off separate. draining reservoir before removal of course.

that fitting was quite tight still turned the nut a bit but came loose. How do these hold up looks like clean & grease looks?

That fits better does not slip, still real tight probably been thirty years since it has moved. added blaster look into in morning. thnx

Got everything undone on clutch master then realized the pipe connector to the slave just does not want to go. seems a 13mm just rounds off a 13 brake wrench does the same? rebolted to hold still should I use heat on that connector, it will be rebuilt? removing bulkhead, trying to keep fitting...

I had to lower the crossmember, I did d not remove it I just pushed it down kept it inside the frame. there was some inventive technique to move it down evenly & I believe I jacked it back. you just cannot install that pipe without moving the crossmember. I have a 87 should be similar.

My welder friend is concerned about engine rotation? I believe these engines turn clockwise from the front. I am assuming not a high reving engine this is not an issue? Has this been noticed?

The inner wheel liners are removed to replace the galvanized wheel liner they will need to be modified to fit the intake off the turbo going to intercooler & air filter. The air filter will need some astral guidance to install. note I am still removing parts.

The series is a different setup this engine was installed in a series when I got it, rebuilt they could not get it to fit. thnx will see if either of those options will work when get muffler lined up.
