Removing brake box/booster & master cylinder

assuming this can all be removed together but giving it a look seems May be better take each part off separate.
draining reservoir before removal of course.

Some one welded the door sills to the bulkhead as that corner is pretty rotten.
To right of fuel filter everything is removed inside most everything except steering & brake box Of which is next.
not wanting really but needs to be fixed.
 
Okay I am also assuming the brake lines will be as stuck as the clutch piping was had to reattach so I could get a good pull on wrench.
get everything loose first & plan on rebuilding.
