Just to update this on what I went for, I opted for the aapoldham propshaft, it does have grease nipples on the UJ's and slider, and it has made it feel like a new car. As far as I can tell it seems well made but I guess time will tell.

Yeah I did wd it quite a bit as my mate said to do. Mind the new joint is a little stiffer than the old one, but I'd expect it to be like that from new? Can give it another go tomorrow.
