So I did have just the rear end working and the front not lifting now I only have the passenger side working and drivers side stuck

Right rear air line was not connected properly which explains fault on rr but now the front won’t go up think it might be a weak pump now

Yes it’s odd though that changing the ecu was an immediate fix and now it’s doing the same. Fault with the connection to the ecu on the car side maybe?

I’m in access mode now but won’t lift any higher a quick drive round the block and feels like rear right side is not getting to height. So I think I’ll start by getting that wheel off and having a look around there. I’ve had about 6 months of faultless operation which is why I’m sceptical there...

It’s had a full service this year all pipes are good. I’m going to spend a bit of time checking earths but I think your right I need to get faults read just don’t like handing over £50 for the privilege of plugging it in

The battery and alternator were both new this year. I’m going to check Earth points and cables and hope it doesn’t do it again

Well it seems to have fixed it’s self now but I was stalling even before I had a chance to go into gear to touch the steering wheel

After a lot of cleaning up pipes and swapping parts around I think I i may be there. I have fitted a light which comes on with the pump and seems to running a lot less. Should the pump stop when I have my foot on the break?

Is there a fix to a burnt fuse box and are there any tests / other symptoms. I feel like I’m just p/ss/ng in the wind at the moment

I agree the only reason it should come on is loss of presssure. But I have no signs of any leaks that was the first thing I checked for cars been off the road for three weeks now. What causes the abs pump to come on? Mine was running all the time as it was getting 7v through the earth lead

It’s going a lot more than that. Back to the drawing board. I had a similar problem with my abs pump running almost all the time and it turned out a bad earth was causing it to draw power through the earth lead. Think ill check that next. Apart from bad earth connections is there any other...

everything seems to be in order now. I still think the pump i is running a little too long and a little too often. How long and how often should the pump run for. I want to make sure I’m not looking for a fault that isn’t there
