Hi I don't understand about the 'drivers' do I need to download something else. I thought I only needed to download the EAS software......I think a got a disc when I bought my first lead so maybe everything was on the disc that was required. So do I need to download the 'driver' software?

Yes using USB adaptor......I've click on every comm from 1 to 12....doesnt even try to contact.... just an instant window saying 'failed on this comm'. Is there certain software depending on which windows is on the laptop. Its my partners and quite old old one so not sure whats windows is on it.

The garage was quite helpful, giving lots of maybe's what could be wrong, he did say to take to a garage with the equipment to read what's going rather than guessing and start buying sensor's. I do have some Blackbox Solutions software, would the Gems Engine package read everything and help...
