    I took mine out alone, gearbox and transfer seperately with this kind of motorcycle lift, normal jack and a lot of wood blocks. To put it in I bought an engine crane and used it from drivers side (left) thru the lever hole and put it in as one...

    That gearbox / transfer combination is fecking heavy.... I did mine on the drive, on my back, and I struggled. I used an engine crane through the gear lever hole, and a chain, plus a heavy duty jack.

    Thunderstorms and rain most of the day we did need it water tank now half full grass going back to green so all looking fresher , yesterday had a big bang on the window rushed out to find a sparrowhawk looking surprised but OK 😕

    Hello. The ramps are 1200mm high. I have made the transmission jack adapter to fit the gearbox.i have searched online but a lot of the information is very vauge. Cheers

    Have to say the Rimmer YouTube, almost does little more than list was has to be done. As with SOOOO many youtubes, it skims over the difficult bits that you really need help with. Maybe a better link to a better article, forum thread or another...

    I seen a lad on you tube with one of these heaters, mixing oil engine oil n red doosil :cool: Thats one way of getting rid of it there must be 4000 ltrs of it in our yard. 🤣🤣

    Not sure yet, some on ebay for around 400 sovs, there is one local-ish for 105 quid & has a bit of the toby valve missing. Looks like its just the nob on the top. A new valve is 200 quid from euro land.
