Well I have got it
it’s 2005 3 door sport premium in black beenstood for 8m not a clue about history just know it starts and moving under its own power
It arrives Monday so I will put some pictures
A little more ‘practical’ I guess!
I’m just looking for something small that I can put in the back to take along, without taking up too much cabin space. Also seen some fold-up step/stool things in Jeff’s emporium. Seem to be plastic, but will...
Yes - I’m considering those. I have a set in my basket at Jeff’s store 😉
Trouble is, at the moment they do not ‘stand off’, and so would lean against the car…
Something to ponder over winter perhaps… probably need to be something collapsible/extending that can stand-off from the roof rail and run down to the floor (to take most of the weight).
I’ll get the box from the shed and put it on over the...
Well that was truly past it's best, do you know the make of the pullet taken off, also it does not make sense if you supplied the belts for him not to change them while fitting a new crank pulley?
personally i would get them swapped out asap.
Thanks to everyone for the input, but please let's not get personal.
I appreciate the help from all angles and its good to have a different perspective going into things. I do understand there are repercussions as well as benefits to doing any...

LR did extensive testing and...
You really are a **** aren't you?
We have had members on here install lift kits. Everything is fine for a bit, then their drive shafts have gone.
So crawl back in to the hole you spend most your time before coming out and showing yourself for...
Yes, I know how the muddy mods lift kit works - thank you.
And I’m all grown up now, so know the difference between independent suspension and live axles 👍
Ok - you clearly believe that simply fitting a lift kit with no other changes would do...
Well, I did find one review about issues due to vehicles being lifted… even “riding worse on the road” after.
Wait… that was you.
So, simply fitting a lift kit can cause issues then?
Well spotted , After I came back from a test drive and then stated the rough running and smoke I hadn't actually lifted the bonnet before I came on the forum . Now I've been under the bonnet low and behold the Intercooler pipe had blown off due...
