    A frame ball joint hints?

    When I pressed the joint out of the bracket I fitted longer m8 bolts to the joint to allow the joint to be pressed out without cutting the corners off, it sits on the bold heads. Just saved time and hassle.

    Raised air intake install.

    I don't think fitting a breather to the bell housing will work as the drain hole is there to allow clutch dust and any oil leaking from engine and gearbox to escape without contaminating the clutch friction disc.

    R380 Gearbox - big nut removal

    162Nm for the nut. I used a 600mm breaker bar to undo it along with a pry bar on the flange with 2 bolts in to prevent it spinning.

    I'd start by washing/wiping all the oil off then run it up whilst underneath to see where the oil is tracking. Brake cleaner will bring it up a treat.

    I have a front pipe in my garage. I'll measure it tomorrow unless someone comes along with the answer before. I've put a de-cat pipe on mine, they are around £20, and it passed its MOT without the cat. So is it worth repairing?
