Ok so after finishing all the welding and bits and bobs on my 90 I noticed over 30mph when I let off the accelerator or hold it on slightly I get like a grumbling rumble and vibration which feels like it's under my arse...

I've changed the prop ujs and checked all my oils. I don't know what it is....

try running in diff lock with each prop off in turn but before removing prop check for play in the flanges, if you finfd nothing drop sump off t/box

Ok. Am I expecting to find my transfer box on its way out?...

Also noticed that the clutch pedal has gone really soft until it's near the bottom....

Since doing the rear prop ujs the noise isn't as bad as before. It was more at 50mph

Could it be after putting on the replacement sailsbury axle after breaking my flange on the old 1?

Don't want to hi jack the thread, how much play if any in the output flanges is too much?

t/box flanges will lift a little if pushed but shouldnt be loose ,rotationally you need to carefully feel the backlash as there will be some in the center diff and t/box gears so can seem alot when added together but if you hold both flanges and contra rotate and then turn both the same wau you can distinguish between the two

Clutch different ! Vibration ! Check bell housing bolts are tight ⚠️⚠️🔨🔨

Clutch I'll check fluid tomorrow or tonight...

Bellhousing bolts.. Arnt they attached to my engine as in the transmission tunnel?

Bell housing bolts to engine if they are loose they can cause the vibration u have and loss of clutch pedal feel 👍
