    Ah'd be tempted to sort the A frame ball joint out first. It might only be makin' a slight noise normally, but it might make a louder one if it's twisted a certain way.... just a thought;)

    Cheers Will;) If ye mean when it was all back together.. Ah just slackened off the bleed screw on the filter housing and then pumped the lever on the side of the pump until no more bubbles came out of bleed screw;)

    What's happened is the rusty steel bits have reacted with the aluminium and left wee holes in it. When tye've sorted the steel work out, ye've not sorted the skin out. Ideally, ye should try and keep the two metals apart. Once yeve done that, ye need tae clean the skin around the rotten bits...
