yes. run a 2nd battery (to other side of engine bay) in parallel with relay on the positive, being switched by alternator. connect spots and winch to second battery. think thats the best way, was a post on this within the last 2 weeks i think

i'v seen em made from them steel spikes that are sometimes used for a temporary fence, 3 of em through a steel plate with a shackle on end

when i changed from road to allterain tires, i prefered the feel. felt like better road holding with the at's which suprised me

i'v also just had this on my 200tdi. bracket hadnt snapped but bushes on both sides were loose and bent, and causing lots of rear axel movement.

the pic in my profile is of mine with 33/12.5/15 kumho m/t tires. it had about 2 inch lift and very minor trimming, still caught on full articulation. but in my opinion this size looks best. i'v now got the wide plastic arches and another 1.5 inch lift. really easy to do.

thanks for all the ideas iv tried all them things and no luck. the bendix drive thing isnt workin. my local landy garage is stripping it down on tuesday for free, then letting me know if its cheap/easy to fix or better to get new one. fingers crossed

u must b right then if its off a gov website i was tought on my car test, 7.5t lessons, and 2 hgv tests that it was only 7.5t upwards that had different speed limits, am gonna find out why i was tought this wen am back in work tomorrow. i must have speeded loads wen hiring vans then.
