Try loosening the adjuster screw slightly on top of the steering box I over tightened mine and it felt notchy

Have you tried burping the system? squeeze the hose while the cap is off My header tank has a split above the water line it hisses steam when hot but the level is as it should be it dose not disappear and reappear as you describe

What haven't I done to it today fitted new track rod ends all 4 and the damper adjusted the steering box fitted a full new de cat exhaust system fitted new rear shocks fitted new brake pipes welded up the boot floor and sills replaced a few light bulbs painted some rough looking bits...

The disco is running very very well now better than ever The Turbo had a bent blade the intercooler was burst and there was a big tear in the intercooler pipe the manifold was cracked after replacing all this things were still not right I was ready to scrap it it was still putting out black...

are you sure its not the hanbrake thats only at 46%? they usually say off or nearside front \ back brake problem not to worry if you can weld its fine mine always fails :rolleyes:
