Pikey

Dummy Ejection Facilitator..
If so what did you use to keep em attached. Am undecided betwen bolting em on and fitting Rivnuts & using button headed socket screws?

Wot ya reckon ???

MMMMHHH Poll time me thinks :D

Rivnuts for me, Saves trying to be like stretch Armstrong holding a nut on the inside.
If you haven't got any helpers that is.

This sort of thing

I prefer the round tubular type ones but I reckon I've already got a bit too much weight in and on my Landy.

Me too but these were an Ebay bargain about 18months ago. Thought it was time I got em fitted.

bolted mine on, but you have to be careful as the inside of the rear tub is angled where the nut sits, and it can throw the bolt off, stopping the head from sitting flat with the slider

Ere can anyone see the problem with these?? I got the pic from Google images.

Cheers will keep an eye on that When I fit em.

Are the holes straight through ?

If so ... Heheheheheh

The angle on the ends is wrong way. you won't be able to open doors once fitted. As the ones on the back tub will be overhanging the doors instead of other way round.

Can"t see the ends of the tub sliders.....prolly angled the same so no overlap

The pic doesn't show that ..

Both ends on the door sections should slope same way (Backwards) so that they don't snag at the front and they Overlap the slope on the tub sections. Like these.

Ahh, so the tub sections are sloped wrongly .. hopefully they were cheap .. ;)

Maybe put them the other way round so the overhanging bit faces backwards or grind/saw/file the angle properly .. :)
