umm well 3 i think, depends realy, i started off with a pair of series 2a's building 1 half good 1 out of the pair, then along came a rangy chassis so when i finnished that project then thats the 3rd realy but including spares vehicals 4 or 5 started when i was about 5 and im now 13

Im looking at replacing my hybrids rangy back axle with a mitsubishi shogun back, my question is do i need it or can i remove it, shoguns dont seem to have a mount for 1so when i come to fit it should i fab a mount up or is it not nessesary to? bearing in mind it never goes on the road etc ta

befor i went completley soft and rebuilt the series on rangy chassis (makes the convertion quite easy :eek::cool:;)) i used a volvo power steering box with a rangy pump and a resevoir from a _____ :D and a mix match of pipes but if it was any use atall ill put some pics up? oh and welcome to...

not sure about doozil rovers (although ive been scouting around the scrap yards they block on some look veeery simular to 300tdi but im not sure about what model theyre in :confused:) but i do know that the rover 620 or 620ti fit onto an r380 gearbox, it just happens to be what im probably...

the wheels on my trialer are 101 wheels, theyve got 2" of offset(as in 2" outward(dont know the technical words sorry :o)) from standard landy 1s and in my opinion they look :cool: these are the best pics ive got:

i changed the gearbox on my series last year...about 2 months latrer i stripped it down ready to rebuild it because the chassis was rotton.. so my landrover is crap because it had a rusty chassis and the gearbox packed up so im never going to buy more parts for it or get another one...

yep ive got a salisbury.. i havent fitted it yet, the idea was that when this axle went i would fit the salisbury, ive only done one shaft before and that was a front so i thought it would be a good while till i broke the back... anyway you can gues what im doing this weekend :D:rolleyes:
