this
is a 16ft ifor williams trailer, I reckon would have been over 4 tonnes when loaded. i had it packed full of oak and ash logs, did 3 loads like that from my uncles farm to home for my mum to burn. gotta look after ur mum!
as i drove up the lane (tarmac), i had to stop as there was a car coming the other way. put it into low range to pull off again (quite a steep hill) and sat there wheel spinning in low 1st, 2nd, then finally got traction and started moving when i put it into low 3rd! i thought blimey, must be pretty heavy to do that!

Cambelt went in Scotland, local ripoff garage quoted zillions to fix it so the lease company wanted it transported back to civilization:bolt:
so as it could be fixed cheaper.
The V8 towed the bugger 240 miles and we got more than a few big grins on the way back, even one from an AA man
