I found 1 old one I had lying around from a Kenwood unit. Slipped it in one side, pulled like mad, then did the same on the other side. Thought my fingers were gonna bleed, but it came out.

Found it here: Not in Relay 7 as I had initially though. That fixed the AC unit, and now no longer shows up on the dash. Tomorrow I will be checking them all though to see whats causing the sat-nav / dashboard issue. Assuming that is in fact another fuse.

Yes, well.... I was looking for voltage carried along the yellow wire at the back of the stereo. Should have been 12 volts. So thinking I had to test it off the earth, I stuck one pin into the yellow, and one pin into the black holders in the ISO adaptors (with my multimeter set to 20 volts)...

My Vogue is on 20's (were on when I bought it). And have been looking for either 18's or 16's for it. Not really sure which way to go? Thinking 16's for comfort, but I was also thinking about the tyre costs. If there is very little difference, I would be considering 18's.

Well, they use plasti dip to wrap cars and wheels, so cant be that bad I guess, especially for interior use. I was thinking of using the plasti-dip, then a few layers of laquer on top to give a bit of shine. Just got to get brave enough really.

Are there any guides for removing the trim? I have proper f**ked trim in the past when removing for painting etc... I am planning on Plasti-Dip for my trim though. Removable with ease if required.

Yeah, thanks for this. I decided to go for 20l and 4 filters for the rangie, as well as spark plugs, air and pollen filters, and pretty much most other service parts. And more oil + filters, and glow plugs for the merc. Not so cheap afterall, but at least it will all be done.
