I'm staring at mine, mesmerised, having just brought my wife and neighbours back from the shops, and having taken a minor bend on a main road close-by - and almost lost it at 40 mph. Stopped immediately to find two rear nearside wheel nuts missing, the other three loose enough to be finger-tightened. I note one the studs has lost the top-half inch. Anyone ever had this problem or should I be looking at other causes? The wheel was last off 2013 when I had four new tyres fitted and all wheels were re-fitted with an air-gun. have checked the other three wheels and they are tight tight tight.
Have a good day.

Collected from Wicken 4X4 (just around the corner, literally) after they fixed the heater system (nothing worked, even the fan) and coded the radio, fitted new battery.
Now it is usable again.

Just got in after rewiring the rear lights and fitted a new light switch after the original switch went full short and filled the cab with plenty of smoke before I could hit the lol switch on the way back from the nationals. I guess 29 year old switch gave up the ghost!! Rear wiring was fubar'd so all replaced and sorted.

One ****er I couldn't find my heat shrink box so I will pick up some tomorrow and isolate the now soldered wires.

adjusted my rockers had nearly 2 mm clearance on no.8 hopefully that'll cure the ticking and the rough startup first thing and the sudden jolt on turn off and severe lack of power on first acceleration if not then think i'll be looking at the lift pump

put my disco in for works...
Welding; Arches, Seatbelt mounts, Boot panel

Brakes: Front disks and pie dishs

N/S/R Window lifter

Door locks x 3

and some other little niggley bits!

Just took mine for a short spin down to the village in the pouring rain. Have to say it is very noticeable the extra grip it now has since I fitted my new General Grabbers AT2's plus virtually no road noise in normal conditions but you can hear the spray being thrown up in the wet.

Started stripping the 90 in preparation for new swivels and a calliper overhaul, new seals and wheel bearings while I'm at it.

enjoyed the power that was missing before i set the rockers up this morning. so much safer to get out my road onto the main road

Great start to the day. Jumped in my Landy only to find I have no clutch. Pedal is up and has pressure but can't engage gears and once in gear can't get it out. No warning anything was wrong before. Any suggestions what it might be, my thinking is a new clutch.

Changed the rear dif flange and prop to a 200tdi with the UJ after a worrying drive to and back from France last week.

Welded a full boot floor in and a new rear wheel arch, also welded in some brackets to finally fix my d2 lights in securely.

Still have quite a bad oil leak coming from what looks like every seal on the tranny box!

Fixed gauge light to ammeter
Changed oil & filter
Replaced the two rear shocks
Found 5 small holes which can be sorted tomorrow with the steering box.
