Used the flap wheel to get rid of surface rust from the floor of the passenger seatbox. Primed it, then painted it. Made a battery tray for my battery and got the battery back in. Just need to pickup some battery clamps to secure the battery as my J's are too short.

I tried to get the steering wheel to line up with the wheels so it appears to be level when you're driving in a straight line. Of course, what I thought would take a few minutes turned out to be a much more involved job because the drag link was seized onto the swan neck. So I had to take everything off and fiddle about with it to get it moving. Just been for a drive and it's still skew-wiff but I've put the tools away now and come in for my tea.

Wouldn't it a little easier to line the steering wheel up with the steering rather than the other way round?
