not much but I got me some "Zombie Apocalypse Survival Gear" finished, that is also fit for off-roading :)
an old shovel that was laying round at my parent place

the blade had a serial number engraved which I traced back to a Dutch Army entrenching tool

re welded and painted

gaucho knot paracord wrap round the handle,
now just got to find a place for it in the boot

Nice wrap, never got the hang of those.

Took her for her mot, diff shaft seals, prop refit, Aux belt fit, and in the process towed this for them that some numptys paid over a grand already to have dropped off from France think I'd have left it, we had to push it up a hill backwards so I could get the freebie into towing position which was heavy from a flat push.. Freebie didn't miss a beat tho.. My good deed for the day..

Tut didn't like the pick worked now..

How have you managed to re paint it but miss the handle nr the cord??

That's not a critique but I can't fathom how you've done that

it was all painted before wrapping the handle, you can see yellow paint under the cord.
the chipped parts are due to the needle used for getting the knot done.

Drove past an FL identical to mine on the M5.

Which is a shame seeing as one of the reasons I bought it was because I hadn't seen another like it!

Took mi rear diff off for the next week (well garage did) as none got the real halfshaft diff bearing in stock tut, got some lovely free wheeling hubs now tho haha

And had this BG engine service gizmo followed by mandatory filters and oil change, this is the thing I've been banging on about here and there it pulls so much better after this, smokes a bit at first bit soon cleared up..

So to have this done properly ( ie at the workshop not my pops drive) costs £130 kwikfit etc are charging roughly £400 for the same job...
Fast fit in Sheffield if anyone wants no. pm me..
