Fitted this :) ImageUploadedByTapatalk1410979085.985032.jpg thanks to teddywood for the mount :)

Also when I took the spare wheel off about a month ago I noticed a part of the paint has been worn away... Today when fitting the rear light I noticed a bit of rust where is was worn, so that means it was a new wear last time.... But there is nothing there to wear it down!! Anybody have worn paint there? ImageUploadedByTapatalk1410979257.485030.jpg not brilliant photo

It's not from the rear wiper rubbing against it? All of my freelanders have rubbed behind the spare wheel from the wiper

Driving the missus freelander around all day, fuse 2 didn't blow atall. Put the trailer on and it had blown by the end of the road. Unplugged trailer lights and changed fuse and no more issues. Atleast the problem is on the trailer :)

Well first I thought there is nothing around there... But now you mention it ! Obviously the wiper moves !!! Will watch it working to make sure it's that! Thanks!

Nice! I also got one recently (from Holland) - prepare for wind noise / howling at higher speeds, if you don't have the small wind deflector that sits between the rack and roof. I don't, and it was bad.. Have since fitted an Ironman LED bar in the front, that took the noise away :D

Took out glass sunroof panel. Removed edge seal, cleaned out rusted metal debris from it and gave it a good scrub in hot water and detergent. Chipped away at rusty frame, wire brushed and sanded with my dremel. Applied a rust converter product. Then refitted cleaned up seal with a roof gutter silicone and refitted to vehicle.

Can confirm car drives a lot better after replacing the MAF.

However, can anyone tell me the low pressure fuel reading at 3000rpm on a 2005 Td4?

Mine drops to 290kpa and not sure if this is normal or my LP fuel pump is on the way out!

Filled the orange one with doozil for the drive to Peterborough in the morning, 5am alarm and a 4hr drive each way, snore!

Changed front brake pads, changed NSF wheel bearing, repaired starter motor, replaced front passenger electric window, changed rear diff mounts. Phew I think I've earned a brew

Nice! Where did you get it from? Rare find!!

Found it on a norwegian equivalent of Gumtree. I saved a "Freelander roof rack" search there for over a 1 year ago. So i got a email just after he posted his ad.

£270 for the rack + £80 in fuel + around £30 in tollboths. Which is ok. But it was long trip to go get it. Round trip was about 900km or around 560miles which took me 11 hours. But def worth it. Looks great.

I didnt get the wind deflector either. I can hear a different sound from the roof rack. But its not bad at all. Maybe its different because of the plate.

I looks good :) I noticed (did some experiments with duck tape before fitting LED bar) that, if the wind is "breaked" before or after the front lower part of the rack, the wind noise will silence a lot. So yes, maybe it's the plate that deflects wind.
