Hacksaw & welder?
Unfortunately not. I also don't know if the later 92-94 Classic arms would fit.
Mine (1986) have a round section pin that goes vertically down through the wiper blade & clips into the end of the wiper arm - the wiper blade sits vertically on top of the arm so is parallel to the arm not pushed or hooked onto the end of it so are different again from yours.
My arms look like these: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/RANGE-RO...776613?hash=item5d900db7a5:g:wMYAAOSwZbFdVWhV
The LRcat pics for your MY do show an arm with a small raised(?) dimple on the end which would engage with the corresponding dimple on the blade:
RTC6787 - BLADE-WINDSCREEN WIPER 'CLASSIC PART' [ - (V)GA413742 ]
PRC6827 - BLADE-WINDSCREEN WIPER [ (V)GA413743 - ]

Likely the part numbers have been superceded over the years.
I suspect from online pics that RTC6787 are the same as mine.
Does the clip on yours look like these? https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Range-Ro...361503?hash=item4172d3dcdf:g:ZNsAAMXQJ3xRe9gG
Is the metal part of the blade itself in good order & would it be worth just fitting new rubber to them ( usually referred to as refills)? Which is what I often do with our cars.
That's a whole lot of info there thank you, I would guess the clip on the arms should look like this one so that would be one way forward. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Range-Ro...361503?hash=item4172d3dcdf:g:ZNsAAMXQJ3xRe9gGUnfortunately not - as in I don't know. There's a tool for that, and make sure you put new bolts in, but you know that already.Third try to get the the front propshaft out. All I managed was to all but round the bolt heads. Not that all was soaked in rust remover for three straight days now. And the rear one was just a charm to replace, took max. one hour...
It's more likely to be the OBD connector corroded, the wires actually corrode of the back.Everything in and connected, cannot communicate with EAS ecu. Sigh. So that's next Saturday's job, checking and cleaning connectors on the ecu under the seat.
XP in a VM on Win 10. Yep, drivers installed pre-plug in.It's more likely to be the OBD connector corroded, the wires actually corrode of the back.
If you are using a USB to serial adaptor, did you load the driver before plugging the adaptor in? Which version of windows are you using?
The EAS software runs fine in Win 10 as it is written in the Net Framework environment.XP in a VM on Win 10. Yep, drivers installed pre-plug in.
I'll try it native next week. Packed it in when the hailstorm started. The EAS software runs fine in Win 10 as it is written in the Net Framework environment.
I don't know how VM affects it.
Not at all, its mad!
