Still seem to have the coolant leak, not sure if its just weeping out the end due to not getting a good seal or if if there is a pinhole/split on the under side. I assume its just going onto a barb on the brass y peice and probably just straight onto the metal pipes. Not to sure about the brass end though since its got those metal rings around it.

Got round to fitting new front lower arms as one had split boot, other was knocking, not too painful of a job, had new bolts incase others wouldn’t move but came out fine, last owner must have greased them up as they had grease inside them.
Did one toe link on rear other day but didn’t realise it had an eccentric washer/ bolt and wouldn’t budge so had to cut it free and use a standard m14 bolt, wheel alignment is off now, wheel used to be just past 12 o clock now is just before, going to order two new bolts for both sides then change other toe link and get alignment done.

Well took her down the local place that make up hoses and want not for racing applications and come away £30 lighter as they were able to figure out what two new barbs I need a couple of clamps and a metre of some good hose. Really helpful chaps to be honest and they like cash too making it cheaper ;) If they Couldn’t help then Samco is round the corner from them so I’m sure they would have had something to hand too.

Some Bas**** in a van was incapable of sticking to his own side of the road and clipped my wing mirror smashing the outer housing. Wan*er!
Will have to try and glue it back together for now and try and locate a replacement housing. Useless cretin sped off!
The bit of plastic outer cover that is broken should cost about £20 - but is not available separately - so will cost £676 plus VAT and shipping - so £800! Bastard!

All too common. Are yours the colour coded ones or standard black plastic?

By the time I have been through most bots or tele-thingy I am ready to kill someone. So bloody useless.

Replaced the bits of hoses and two new Barb fittings hopefully that will sort it with any luck. Might need to grab two more clamps for the barn ends just to be sure, waiting for it too cool down now to check the fluid level and give a top up if necessary as hopefully got any air lock out of the matrix and pipes.

LPG adds an awful lot of clutter!

LPG adds an awful lot of clutter!

It certainly does, especially when its none working clutter at the minute as there are a few wires that still need connecting back up. @kermit_rr did label the lpg ecu side plus i've got a wiring diagram but I for the life of me cannot find where the cables they go to are actually coming out so I can reconnect them up.

Whoa. Looks like the site has had a major upgrade. Much faster. Layout is messing with my mind a bit on the mobile but it seems pretty slick. What's the lightning icon for?!

EDIT: lightning seems to have all new posts on the site.

How does the second turbo work on the 4.4TDV8? Ie how do i know if it actually works? All i know it's is supposed to spool up at around 2400rpm. Should i feel a power increase?
