Have you ever had your tracking checked?
Saying that, only your front can be adjusted, does it pull to one side or other?

I have an issue with a car presently which has a multi link rear set up with bad upper arm bushes, it drives crap!

Yours with both front and rear insides wearing suggests bushes or a bent chassis.

Its so confusing to explain but like there is a point on the gas pedal that once it hits that spot whether your letting off or pushing down on it it was cause the swaying. Like for example say im driving along at 50 mph or whatever that is in kmh and i slowly let off the gas pedal one it gets to that spot it will jerk the car to the left or driver side for me. Then if i slowly push down on the gas pedal it has about and inch to press down then you will hit that spot and it will jerk you to the right or passenger side if that makes sense. Im trying to explain this in the best detail I can. Now for the weird thing which I only realized today when I was driving to see if I could find like a loop hole where it wouldnt do it or something. I found out that if I rest my foot precisely on the spot in the gas pedal where it causes the jerking it will almost feel as though the rear of the car has no connection to the front and it will feel like the rear is just swinging back and forth just randomly. It will also do the same thing sometimes when i release the gas pedal until it slows down to around 20 or so. Really hope that makes sense.

I understand how it's difficult to write what you feel, but you have a live axled machine with a few simple locating arms, it's gotta be the radius arm bushes, and they must so worn a blind man could spot them.
I've enough problems with my NON range rover with it's 26 bushed rear suspension affair, you only have, at a guess, 6, if panhard rod located, 7 if diff A framed.

Thats what im ****ing saying lol it should be so obvious buts its not i have rolled it back and forth looking at all the spots and I have lifted it up and pulled on wheels rocked them back and forth all kinds of things and i cant see any movement thats why I think a go pro is gonna be the best bet. If the go pro cant pick anything moving something bad it wrong lol
 
Well yes, if you can't see what's worn when something is obviously amiss and needs addressed then it's best looked at by a pro.
I do feel for you but diagnosis by wire is a bit hit n miss.
You have 2 axles connected to the chassis by radius arms, they keep said axles square to said chassis through the limits of ordained suspension articulation, you have panhard rods keeping the axles resolutely in line to the chassis transversely (think triangulation), within the mountings of these there is wear, or you have a salt addled chassis that is so rotten as to steer itself!!!
Hmmm, is your steering box and idler arm secure, just a thought.:(

English please? lol Im gonna try to find a land rover specialist close to me its gotten to the point where I would much rather have a professional look at it. To much hassle lol keep in mind that honestly this thing has not given me that many problems for the miles and how much I paid for it. This has been the worst.

My 93 LWB (LSE in the home country) does it a bit. It pulls a bit one way upon acceleration and the other way on deceleration. I think it keeps me one my toes.
Yeah well when it starts jerking you about a car length on each side every time you let out the gas or anything it's does more than keeps you on your toes it almost puts you in the ditch lol

When it warms up I'm going to look into James suggestion. I think it's the bushings on the radius arms.

Is there a special way to remove the lower bushings on the radius arms we couldn't get them out using a 6 ton press?
 
Well it's time for me to climb the apples n pears (stairs), reaching 1000 posts has left me dog tired, I thought it would be Friday before I reached that heady number.;)
