have you tried hammering around the tube to break the rust where the thread is and then spread the split a tiny bit with a chisel and then clamp tube in a bog vice and use a piece of tube on the balljoint to unscrew it.
 
I got one of the HD ones from paddocks after buying new ends and no being able to get them out :( But the HD one defiantly looks up to the task

I have done three track rod ends today with the method you suggest. I did clip a curb the other week and wreck a rim- I think it has buggered the thread on that side- I have spent hours with it in a vice trying to lever it of, soaked it for hours in WD, but it isn't shifting:(

There are a few of us around Hemel, thats about your closest. Mine is still a long way off finished but defenderdog1, djdommyp, killajoules are with working vehicles and go out now and again. There is a pub meet in dunstable this Wednesday, doubt I will be there but the others might and they are a good crowd.

Not sure if I'll make the pub tonight, treatment day.
I'm going to Peterborough on Sunday, was going to be Saturday but BiL can't do Saturday.
 
Working every night till Tuesday
So can't do the pub
But if I can Finnish early Saturday or Sunday I mite go to the show after work
