This is one of my toys
I've got a couple of rifles and three pistols
Don't use them much just nice to have
From what I've read in my air rifle mags its more about insurance than a fire arms certificate then most framers/land owners are ok with you shooting pests

She is nice, what gun is it? I see its a PCP

Daystate mk4i 10shot bolt action .22
It's the electronic one
It's a lovely bit of kit I've still got my old .22 spring gun that i thought was good and set up well
but I can't use it after using this there like chalk and cheese

Also got a beretta 12g Over/under had this 9 years.

I was toying with the idea of getting a shotgun licence
So I could buy a shotgun
I have no intention of using it I just like the craftsmanship that goes into them
My dad does a clay shoot once a year and he's right into it and my wife wants to give it a go

I say just apply for one, it only costs £50 for a new licence and last 5 years. Mine only took 3-4 weeks to come through. (this was 9 years ago)

I only use mine half a dozen times a year but it nice to have one to use when you want. Only shoot clays and a bit of rough shooting with it.

It's nice having guns, but don't have time to use them, get out about twice a year on the pigeon. Hope to get out more when the Rangy is done.

Look up BASC for insurance, if you apply for a FAC you need to know what rifle you want as they put restrictions on your licence up to the spec you want. With shotgun certificate you still can't have a rifle or air rifle above 12lb.

If you fancy setting up a pattern with dummies and sitting in a hide can get you some wood pigeon shooting, they taste great.

Can't zero my scope now will wait til we hit the shooting range. There is an airgun club opened up Flaunden way steve nice guy used to run clay shoot at broomhils was talking to Tazz at pub night about going there. in a disused quarry.

After buying something that I thought needed a "bit" of work to get on the road in a couple of weeks- I have spent the last 12 months learning to weld, doing a full strip down and rebuild BUT I have finally got an MOT.

I am now away for a few weeks on holiday , but will most definitely be up for a few lanes when I get back.:)
